STAY AWAY from the primary care docs who open up their own "med-spa!" They take a weekend course in "aesthetics" and then burn patients with lasers. They don't buy much in terms of skin care, and will suck you into whatever complications they cause.

It's a mixed bag. I have some medispas supervised by internists doing a lot of business. Go figure.
